About Us

We started homesteading on six acres in central Georgia in mid-2022. We are constantly working on projects around the homestead, from clearing land, to fencing, to planning our next endeavor.

We aim to grow as much food as possible to feed our family (and maybe others one day). Following many of the practices of the organic market gardeners but substituting in our own methods where we see fit, we aim to produce a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to feed us all year round.

We tend a flock of 15 hens for eggs and 12+ chickens for meat this year. This is just the beginning of our home meat production, and we have plans within the next year or two for pigs and goats.
